Interior Architects approach design from a holistic direction, intertwining an in-depth understanding of construction methodologies, with human centric spatial design, and theoretical premise to inform new typologies of space. At their core is a focus on the sustainable and adaptive reuse of space across various scales, reducing and minimizing carbon footprints an extending the life of structures beyond their original life.

A common question we are asked is: Who do I need and what can they do?
Put simply, an Architect’s primary focus is designing the external envelope of a building in response to site conditions, and cultural ties which informs the internal layout and programs of spaces, where Interior Designer’s curate considered spatial experiences that tie into the built form and surrounding site.
Interior Architecture is a highly specialized discipline, that overlaps with both roles whilst bridging a stronger connection between both respective disciplines. Referring again to: “How long is a piece of string?”, the length of our service is specific to each project and the required details, deliverables & timeframes set by our clients.
Typically, we work within a timeframe of 6 weeks to 12 weeks for most residential projects and 1 to 6 weeks for most commercial projects, ultimately varying on the complexity of the project that we are engaged in and size of the scope.
During the early stages of our journey with you we’ll provide a project-specific timeframe for your project.
