Our process

  • From early on in the process, we interrogate the constraints, conditions and opportunities of the site along with ideas to develop a response delivering what's possible.

  • Through a number of in-person sessions, we take the time to understand you and your families, habits, rituals and joys within the home, establishing a the personal driving characteristics of the concept.

    Through various mediums, sketching, physical models and 3D models, we collaborate with our clients, ensuring a responsive and considered approach to the brief.

  • We work closely with likeminded professionals, engineers, thermal assessors, builders, surveyors and if required, quantity surveyors to ensure the projects swift coordination into a more developed form.

    Onto the fun stuff, we further develop a curated range of materials, sculpt forms and prepare for applying for permits.

  • As a part of the documentation required for permits, well include the relevant information to ensure that building contractors can enter a pricing phase to be able to select the preferred builder for the project.

  • If required, we can oversee the town planning and building permit processes, responding to community, council and building surveyor queries ensuring a smooth approval.

  • Our high level of industry experience and ability to problem solve in design shines in our ability to capture the concept in the smallest of details.

    We produce fully comprehensive documentation for all the relevant trades involved in order to break ground.

  • Our role shifts through the construction phase to oversee progress, answer questions from contractors and be the clients personal liaison on site.

    We'll attend regular site meetings to ensure progress is being met and the design intent is carried through from concept to handing over of the keys.
